Pros

Set your own hours as long as you’re in the 8 hour window. You have to work nights twice a week.

Cons

The scripting sucks. The script is what is making the agents job harder and for the patients to curse us out. You get cursed out on a daily by consumers. Not allowed to hang up even if you’re being verbally abused. Have to sit there and take it until you email and send a chat message you need a supervisor to take the call. Supervisor takes awhile until they see your message and email. I don’t see the point sending a message when they hear your email. You have to work nights and you’re going to get cursed out for calling the patients at 8pm or 9pm. You get a bonus and commission. It’s family oriented to a certain extent. They will fire you over little things. If you have kids do not apply they will fire you if you cannot be in training. I could go on and on about state.
