      October 2020 three week outage has created unbearable working conditions

      If you are a tech worker looking for a job, avoid Stats Perform. We had a massive outage lasting 3 weeks in October 2020. I Suggest you search for “stats perform outage” in your favorite search engine to see how this unfolded last year. The tech employees were blamed for this outage by the CEO and life has been unbearable since then. The reputation of Stats Perform with our customers was permanently damaged by this outage, and it revealed that Stats Perform is a third rate company, whose leadership is comprised of non-technical bureaucrats who are just looking to make a quick buck.

      *Get to work in Sports, if thats your thing *Overall the People in US are great *Will not have any boring moments

      Cons

      *Post merger the organization changed beyond recognition, many of the overseas processes and procedures were implemented even if they did not make sense for US business *The focus of the organization shifted away from the people and was only about the bottom dollar *Most of the great employees left the organization *chaotic is the best way to describe it *More work than you could ever handle, with no help in sight

      Exciting industry to work in.

      Cons

      Executive level is mostly unapproachable. CEO known to berate employees. Constant turnover due to always changing business goals. Vista Private Equity turned a great company into a crappy place to work.
