I'm here for the equity

Pros

The salary is high and my stock options have appreciated 400% since I got here. I read some of the the other reviews and alltogether they give a pretty realistic picture: the workload is high, the people are smart, the company is growing well, they fire the dumb people pretty quickly, the pay is good, and the benefits suck except pizza Fridays every week or whenever a candidate is interviewing and they order Rudy's for the whole office.

Cons

Employer contribution to benefits is low... after you deduct the employee contribution that salary doesn't look nearly as big. I went on my wife's healthcare plan instead and pocketed the difference.

Pros

One day a week work from home. Equity ownership could be lucrative.

Cons

Terrible benefits; cut throat sales environment; very poor work life balance; limited resources for help; given one PTO day for bereavement; QA process felt to be designed so that they did not have to pay out full commissions; salaried position but required to clock in and out for breaks. Required to use PTO for Dr appointments and for lunches that went over and hour; required to work 9-6 Monday through Friday and required to work some weekends. Constant changes in processes and how leads are assigned. One week of training and then you are expected to know how all processes work. Not sure how it is legal but earned commissions were not paid when I left the company.

Pros

You get nice company merch

Cons

leadership is like a group of high school bullies while smiling in your face. They promote a workplace that advocates tattling on coworkers to get ahead..don't let the culture speech trick you. Some managers have inappropriate relationships with employees. You can't take pto or wfh if you have an emergency... this job can be done at home easy. They expect high performance but don't give raises or bonuses based on performance..huh?? Burnout is high.. No room for growth unless you play the game and brown nose. Benefits suck in general
