Pros
Great pay with great benefits. Flexible working environment with work casual attire
Cons
Each division had a manager but no General Manager to make final decisions letting each department under cut or sabotage the other. No executive management involvement at the branch level except for major situations requiring an intervention. Hands on employees had little to no control. Inside sales department was essentially run by oldest non management employee who would get every other woman fired that didn't line up with her demands
