      Work Hard, Ask For Support, Get Ignored, Lose Your Job

      I thought for a while, but realized that anything “pro” was never executed.

      Cons

      No support from direct manager. Never once met my direct manager, although they assured they would be visiting. A second manager was put in place who made it twice as difficult to get any type of support Extreme lack of care for the customers issues, with a sole focus on the ticketing system “numbers” And so many more...

      Decent health and life insurance benefits

      Cons

      This company does not value their employees or their ideas/opinions. They push for maximum performance while ignoring low employee head count. Stefanini actively refrains from firing ill performing employees which causes tension emong staff. I know of at least one case in which an employee had to be written up twice for sexual harrasement before being terminated. They promote inept employees to management. The turnover rate in upper management is rediculous.

      Stefanini is a great co concept with low pay

      Pros

      The low paid yet highly efficient techs and admins that keep the place running. They have the best workers but the worst managers. Extra 2 weeks vacation is you don’t get sick

      Cons

      Pay, treatment of employees Upper management is not concerned with employee happiness. No bonus structure. No severance even after years of great service.
