      The people are nice at hiring but once you become an employee they show their true colors. They do not respond questions in a timely manner. Their payroll is horrible! I worked there from February 5th and I did not get my first check till March 2nd. Payroll always mess up with direct deposit. I emailed my direct deposit 3/20 and asked when I will get my direct deposit, they emailed and said 4/13. 4/13 rolls up, nothing in my bank account. called to ask about it and they said it was a glitch in the system so we sent out a live check! WHAT? no one notified me of this glitch. I had to find out on pay day. now i am stuck with late payments and overdraft fees.

It is true that in some cases you must wait 3 weeks from start date to pay date because of our Payroll schedule. There should not have been an issue receiving pay after that however.       Just another revolving door company.

      Pros

      It was guaranteed full time, benefits were decent. Southfield, MI location is nice and easy to get to. Some managers understood the inherent frustrations of the job.

      Cons

      Often, the company would push outsourcing to the Philippines, causing many employees to be let go unexpectedly. This caused their customers to leave as well.

Meeting the needs of our customer is the number one priority of Stefanini, and sometimes we are able to transfer service to one of the other countries we operate in.       New Hire interview & onboard process

      Pros

      I've been with Stefanini for a few months and thought I'd share my early experience. They're very committed to a smooth, easy interview process, and detailed onboarding. From what I've seen also, they're in growth mode in the US and very committed to providing services, customer experience, and knowledge to be the best in class partner to their clients. I'm getting more involved daily, and it's been a great experience from the interview process through to my interactions with leaders, the CEO, Founder, etc.

      Cons

      None so far :) - all experiences have been positive.
