      Stefanini has great potential for growth

      Pros

      The best part of working for the company is that I can work from home, with excellent equipment provided by the company. When issues arise, the Stefanini Helpdesk is incredibly efficient at resolving them. The company also offers fantastic benefits, discounts and provides various internal job opportunities.

      Cons

      Management by the team leader is inadequate and unprepared. If you find yourself in a team where the leader doesn’t favor you, they may take actions to force your resignation and hinder your growth within the company. And the schedule hours are inflexible.

      Cons

      Lack of care from management. No growth opportunities. You’re just a number to the company. There’s no real reason to stay other than needing a paycheck.

      Poor management

      Pros

      Some friendly employee's embraced my presence, but some not.

      Cons

      Management doesn't play an active role in day to day happenings. Employee's are cutting each-others throats, strict on time off (was on trulicity which causes stomach issues which required several days off). Loaded with too much work.
