Pros

* Mission-driven work * Purposeful work ~ feel like you have made a difference * Rapport developed between employees (team) * Excellent training (initial and continuous) * Staff who are passionate about what they do * My immediate supervisor and the recruiter were always professional and helpful my entire duration of employment (and beyond)

Cons

* Responsibilities/expectations * LOW PAY * It is difficult to maintain good staff in a field that is notorious for low wages and high work load

Pros

They are always there and understanding. Training program is awesome especially if you are switching fields. Always helpful.

Cons

The travel at times became too much. Sometimes paper work would change without notice.
