Pros

Loved working with the consumers! The consumers know a genuine worker when they meet one, which helps make life and your job easier. The job itself was nice and laid back so long as you did what you had to do. I guess it also depends on which group home that you are placed at. I worked at about a total of 6 different group homes within the 3 years I was with them. I was sad to leave that job, but it was time for me to use my my college degree.

Cons

Some staff were really lazy which means they leave their workload on you. Staff itself could have been better.

Pros

None - priority in the agency from the Regional Director down is completely misguided and off focus

Cons

Too many to list, however the most glaring example of the misguided focus of this agency is the fact that its Lehigh/Northampton regions are considered "out of network" for the company health insurance
