Pros

The base salary is comparable. The culture is questionable but varies team by team. There is an abundance of work to do form all angles. If experience is what you are looking for you will definitely get it.

Cons

Not all roles participate in the AIP program. Depending on where you live the distance could be an issue as they are requiring 3 days in the office. Accountability is an issue, almost everyone passes the buck.

Good coworkers, I wish I could tell you more things about them.. Work from home was a the only perk

Cons

management, supervisors are rude and don't mind helping you or assisting you in any way. you are on your own. The company would train you in many areas but raise your check only cents!!!
