      Somewhat of an ability to make money more competitive base than when i started Good people for the most part decent benefits

      Poor Direction from the Top/Down

      Pros

      Amazing work life balance, very self paced work style, and thoroughly enjoyed the flexibility.

      Cons

      When it comes to their billing for the Shred-It side of their business, it’s a total mess… Pricing generates wrong for a TON of their accounts, and there is no clear direction for fixing the issues. On boarding was not there, and did not go how I would have liked with a very slow paced time frame when within the company.
