For the first months when your quotas are low you'll make great money. After that, see below. I was happy to be here at first and by the end of your first year that thought will have faded.

Cons

Our customers hate us. There is not one SQ customer that would stay if they weren't under contract. Once they figure out how good you are, you will Be progressively moved to more difficult teams and positions until you're unable to make commission payout anymore.

Pros

Company is very large and has a lot of opportunity. Company has great benefits too.

Cons

Managers aren't encouraging. Managers try and hold you in your position. Company doesn't promote within. Company would rather go outside to save a few bucks. There is no diversity in upper management. No chance of advancement unless your willing to relocate.

Cons

Widening gap between worker and management. Key positions offered to former employees of companies that were bought out by the Stericycle machine. Inconsistency of communication to the field.
