Pros

The company offers flexible schedules, yearly raises given, good training program, yearly updated physicals for TB. Great benefits...Good time off.

Cons

No communication with employees, hourly pay grade is average, no promotion or job advancement opportunities. I was told during my interview that I would move up in the company because of my higher education, but after 4 years I am still in the same position even after applying for 8 positions.

Stericycle - great company with a lack of people leadership

Pros

Stericycle is an extremely successful medical waste management company. Another division, the Recall division is the right service at the right time and is poised to make a market impact.

Cons

The lack of leadership and communication among the ranks leads to confusion and an incredible amount of gossip, disconnect and overall back-stabbing. Not a place to work if you expect clear direction, nice working environment and a place where conflict is dealt with in a healthy manner.
