Very unprofessional, selfish and disorganised internal recruitment lead - Leeds. Thinks it's acceptable to provide ZERO communication/ feedback to external interviewees (for a senior role) - AND THEN days later make a social media post that states they are still searching for a candidate to fill this role:). Think twice before taking an assignment with this company, they appear to treat people as a mere commodity.

I hated traveling back and forth to meet the supervisor. There were too many appointments spread over the course of the month when all of this could have taken no more than 2 weeks. Have a 4 year degree, and it is not mentally stimulating. It does not challenge the mind. Employee can perform the work in autopilot. I felt like the trash man, no offense to those that are. Employees enter rooms full of mentally or physically impaired patients, and must communicate their purpose for entering. I didn't want to see people in that condition. When I shadowed two employees, they were extremely miserable. I am generally a cheerful and optimistic person, and a job should not bring me to that state. I informally quit because my direct supervisor asked me to send him my hours worked FOUR separate times in two weeks, two verbally and two via the email. That is irresponsible and unorganized management.
