Pros

Making genuine efforts to be a best place to work. Good benefits and programs. Environmentally conscientious and moral at a corporate level.

Cons

Growing faster than they can keep up with. Entrenched Management of acquisitions like BFI medical has brought neolithic and obsolete management styles with it. Top heavy. Pays too low in operations and transportation .

Pros

I worked there for 6 years, started out unloading trucks part time to becoming a manager. There is a way up if they like you.

Cons

Very disorganized, drivers don't respect authoirity. The pay is horrible, largest company with horrible pay. Very greedy coperate doesn't care about lower management.
