Pros

Liked the people I worked with, although from what I understand hit can be hit or miss. The upper level people I got to meet were all very knowledgeable and relateable. Decent benefits and stock program. Got to visit and see a lot of interesting locations.

Cons

Sales people are very disconnected from the actual workers who go out on the jobs they schedule. A lot of mistakes are made because of miscommunication, and the tsdf I worked out of was often literally forgotten by people higher up.

Cons

Bad communication to lower level team, doesn't look out for smaller customers, many hollow so called leaders, fake attempt at improving team engagement & reactive.
