      Not as good as it once was

      Pros

      Possibly a recession proof industry, if there's such a thing.

      Cons

      Quality/competancy of management, middle management has really gone down over the past 5yrs. Company boasts double digit profits, but it means nothing to the average employee. Benefits have gone down over the past 3yrs. Exposure risks have gone up dramatically. Company preaches work life balance, but does not practice it. There are too many double standards, two sets of rules.

      Pros

      The job actually pays fairly well. And a lot of the people and direct managers are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I've never worked for a company that makes me feel like such a number. I've done NOTHING but sales my entire career and never felt like such a cog in a machine before. You're encouraged to gouge customers. Sure, it might be cheaper for them to pay additional charges with their current agreement, but have them sign a 60 month agreement that price increases ALL THE TIME. Quotas keep going up with no explanation. Mine has almost tripled in two quarters.

      Company Benefits, opportunity for advancement if your lucky, schedule according to your availability, great entry level position for highschool or college students

      Cons

      Greedy company! Takes any account possible just to make a profit whether its ethical or not. No consideration for employee's. Modern day sweat shop. High turnover rate!
