Pay was great and vacation was good, lots of overtime available. Union job, benefits were fair

Cons

Bad lower management, bad upper management. They were throwing each under the bus to secure a position when it was gettingr reorganized.

Great opportunity for advancement, as long as you put in the hours. Good culture. Managers really care about you

Cons

Since it's corporate, policies sometimes hurt front line employees. Pay is very low for the work that's expected

Pros

I was empowered and had a lot of autonomy to run my area like it was my own business. Great benefits. Pay is low for the amount of work you have to do.

Cons

Never had enough product from our New York facility. So, I was always running around trying to scrounge product from other hospitals under my management.
