      Not a bad place to work with but don't plan on staying for many years.

      Pros

      competitive benefits, company growth, and good people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of schedule flexibility, lack of communication, poor office morals. RUN if you have disability! Ii had to quit due to my disability - how sad :(

      Management is unethical you are only in if you are part of the club that criticizes all employees. If you drink and can back stab you are in....

      Pros

      Directors were helpful and pay was fair, but constant changes in management caused confusion and lack of trust. Within a two year period I had 4 directors and only ever met one in person.

      Cons

      Working there during several acquisitions caused a lot of management changes and confusion among the leaders. The HR dept seemed more focused on engagement results rather than the actual needs of the middle managers struggling through the transitions.
