      Don't work here unless you are an idiot, in that case work here and you will be promoted

      Cons

      They just want college kids happy making a base salary and a small commission check every few months. If you want to make $50k and not really sell, this is the job for you. The office is super dumpy. Management encourages you to deceive, lie to, and trick customers. Also they encourage fraud.

      Pros

      The team at InQuicker is excellent, and the direction is clear. Unlike some rapid growth companies the focus isn't entirely on financial performance. The company is really focused on improving the lives of patients and families. Furthermore there is a strong emphasis on work/life balance.

      Cons

      Team is growing quickly, communications can sometimes lag.
