      Independent and flexible environment. Good opportunity to move within the company after a year. Expansion and growth are part of the business plan and accusation of other businesses seems to be the focus. Fast growing company.

      Cons

      High expectation and responsibility with out possibility of profit sharing, bonuses and expect at most annual standard of living raise.

      Good pay, very competitive benefits, company growth, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Widening gap between worker and management. Key positions offered to former employees of companies that were bought out by the Stericycle machine. Inconsistency of communication to the field.

      Management is not on the same page and a lot of fly by the seat of your pants and not a lot of structure.
