      Should of Learned from the Past

      Pros

      Steady work, always trying to please the customer. Open door policy is a great tool but can come back to bite them in the rear end.

      Cons

      After the acquisition of PSC kept most of the management in place, also moving some Stericycle management out of their jobs. This has caused a rift from the original Stericycle employees and those PSC employees that want true change. The management at PSC is why they went bankrupt and it shows with the 3rd quarter earnings.

      Pros

      Pay is ok opportunity for advancement if you are the right color.Dont have to deal with management daily do to the crazy work schedule. They give you a little lead way if you are a lead or operator plant workers dont have a chance.

      Cons

      They preach core values but dont abide by any.Management will blame Workers for problems caused by Stericycle if u dont know better. They dump contaminated water into the local sewer with no concerns for the environment. The management only cares about themselves they dont train employees they just throw you to the wolves and if and when u make a mistake its on you. This is not a good company to work for.

      Pros

      Down to earth co workers, good chairs, relaxed atmosphere. Easy job, easy to approach respectable managers. Good medical & dental benefits. Flexible schedule. They keep you up to date on what's new with the company via company only emails

      Cons

      Unpredictable hours, last minute schedule, pay for parking, get sent home early when it's slow so you never know what your taking home in terms of wages. Sometimes senseless drama and people talking behind each others backs when not necessary. Dirty bathroom and dirty lunchroom, dirty floor. Low wages & no room to advance
