      Pros

      They mean it when they say Steri "cares" Very strong culture initiative Great benefits, excellent compensation package with reasonable expectations Decent 401K, great employee stock option, health initiatives, vendor discounts Excellent safety programs The CEO has a suggestion box that goes right to his desk; he listens! Surprisingly clean for what we do.

      Cons

      We pick up regulated waste (hazardous waste, regulated medical waste). It's hard to make that sexy, but they do a pretty good job at it. Regulatory minutia is cumbersome but that's the industry. So much is going on with IT that they all seem confused. Lots of mergers so lots of interesting ...architecture.
