      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      I truly cant say anything good about this company. It may be better in other areas but the one I worked at was awful

      Cons

      No room to advance. They use safety and production bonuses to motivate employees but will take them away for any reason they see fit even if you had nothing to do with a mistake that was made if they cant figure out who made it they will take away the bonus from everyone. They work you to death and force you to work overtime even if they didn't warn you about it until the end of your shift and if you refuse you will be written up and have your bonus taken. I had a bonus taken by mistake and the manager told me "theres nothing I can do about it". The pay is terrible for the hazards you are dealing with. They pretend to care about safety so much but force you to go beyond the restrictions of the safety guidelines all the time.

      Pros

      Great Management, New facility, Positive work environment. The pay for the responsibility should be increased.

      Cons

      HR does not follow the direction of the leadership team. The site needs to be consistent across the company. Hopefully this is the objective.

      Cart before the horse

      Pros

      Great Benefits with no expectations for the company to have financial issues. Company is global with locations in many countries. They have expanded to include many areas of expertise.

      Cons

      Salary may not be what is expected. Hiring managers seems difficult at times. Large turnover at some locations. Sometimes the company puts the cart before the horse
