Pros

Great coworkers that get along with each other.

Cons

High turnover rate. Always changing the commission structure to not favor the sales reps. Shady sales tactics EX: not telling customers the prices and pressuring them into signing contracts that auto renew and have price increases. Current customers hate the company because they're getting ripped off. No job security, I've seen reps get let go that were doing well but had an off month because the company overall was missing their last couple of quarters. Bad training and they make you move teams all of the time.

Pros

The people are the only thing that makes the job worthwhile. Also I like the three day weekend. It makes the time worth while

Cons

The supervisors are very demeaning. The pay sucks and the hours suck. I am on third shift but I would rather be on first shift.

Pros

It was a mediocre place to work. The pay was decent, coworkers were very nice and a nice building. Comfortable work stations.

Cons

There were some red flags that could be a concern. Call volumes were low so you were sent home early every night. This meant you didn't get your 32 hours to qualify you for full time and benefits. We ended up averaging about 26 hours a week. They always sent you home right after your unpaid lunch break. It seemed like it could be a way to get out of paying benefits. Also I didn't receive my jury duty pay like you are suppose to according to benefits. The benefit information was not concise. Some information stated benefits started after 60 days nd some after 90 days.
