Pros

Great Benefits with no expectations for the company to have financial issues. Company is global with locations in many countries. They have expanded to include many areas of expertise.

Cons

Salary may not be what is expected. Hiring managers seems difficult at times. Large turnover at some locations. Sometimes the company puts the cart before the horse

Regarding your concerns, Stericycle has been a company characterized by exponential growth and expansion since its beginnings in the late 80's.
