      Pros

      Working in the LQ division affords the opportunity to network with other accomplished professionals in the healthcare field. I have grown my contacts 100 fold. I can see a pathway upwards, and I get to use my brain every day and set my own schedule. The pay is good and I enjoy my job.

      Cons

      Inter-departmental communication needs work, but they are implementing things like Salesforce to improve information sharing

      Pros

      drivers wanted to do a good job, pay was acceptable, small company atmosphere, senior drivers wanted to lead. Wish I could say more because the potential is there.

      Cons

      management is weak, too many cliques, poor planning, leads from behind, reactive not proactive in any phase of the operation. Daily conference calls that produced zero results. No single person in charge of the region to make decisions. No input from drivers was recognized.

      The people are amazing. This is a great learning experience and a good company to help you build your resume with. Great for new college grads looking to get some experience.

      Cons

      The compensation is mediocre. Upper level management does not compensate properly.
