Cons
If you work as "support" staff... HR, sales, marketing, product development... any position that makes the company operate, then you're in a different, dysfunctional boat. Explain why there is so much turnover among the support staff! It's because most of us were sold a bill of goods with the promise of working for the "happiest place on earth," while in reality, the company is led by back-biting managers who will cut you loose without hesitation. In my short time there, I saw several people let go who were genuinely good employees, but they made the mistake of pushing the system. Apparently, the happy culture people don't care about that. About the culture? It's a farce. Moreover, it's a promotional tactic for the CEO to get him more speaking slots.
