      Pros

      Pay isn't bad for contractors, no midnight shifts, location right off the tollway, nice if overpriced cafeteria, that's all I can think of.

      Cons

      During the interview and training, they try to make it sound like a wonderful place to work but it's really just another cruddy call center. Inadequate training, inconsistent and uncommunicative management. Also I've heard they use very high-pressure sales techniques and are quite overpriced.

      Pros

      Great management, caring employees, awesome culture, fun atmosphere to be apart of. Themed work days made it exciting to go to work in the morning.

      Cons

      Every company has an employee or two that shines a negative light on the organization, but that's really the only downside to the company as a whole.
