Management are bullies, the pressure and targets are so un realistic it set up to make you fail. No one passes probation and they have kept everyone on it so its easier to get rid of everyone.

Managers are too strict . And they won’t let you drive without giving you bugging you.. they make a easy job hard and theirs a lot of politics and shady people with favoritism
