      Pros

      Never in the history of my career have I ever worked for a company whose core philosophy was to raise up others. Even the top managers and vice presidents KNOW that thier success depends on the work of their teams, and they are generous with thier acknowledgements. Pay scale is merit based and management always find ways to include you in projects that help you achieve those merits. They are true to their work/life balance through offering many work from home opportunities and supporting the creation and development of employee interest groups.

      Co-workers, health benefits, purpose (sustainability and environment)

      Cons

      Values and brand are a farce. Not one executive walks the talk. The lack of concern for their people is mind boggling. They are only focused on the stock price and what is in it for them. Employees work long, exhausting hours for absolutely no gratification. There's not one program in place for recognition or appreciation. Leaders don't care how hard anyone works for the company, you are just a number to them. There's a reason there's so much turnover and the candidate pool is empty.
