Pros

Steves' has a great culture. They are cultivating a team of knowledgeable employees. The internal support from Steves has been incredible. Investment into the people and infrastructure has been steady.

Cons

Must be a self sufficient employee when working remote, which has led to some turnover.

great place to work they offer benefits, 401k , weekly attendance bonuses,incentives, referral bonuses

Cons

long hours at times but if you like overtime this would be a plus

Pros

$50 Perfect Attendance Weekly Bonus, Great Benefits, 401K, Vacation, room for advancement. Treated like family: During Pandemic, Steves gave out goodies like grocery cards, meat, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.

Cons

Sometimes, hours of work could be long due to demand.
