      Stimson takes great care of its employees. Great managers. Excellent benefits. Opportunities for advancement (especially in Manufacturing). Promotes from within. I love my job!

      okay benefits. I like the money for doing healthy stuff.

      Cons

      They really don't pay enough and the annual raises are really tiny. a lot of people leave for better pay.
