The firm does its best to be transparent with associates. They are also good about trying to work with flexible work schedules, but some practices are obviously harder than others.

Cons

You are almost never "off", though comes with the nature of the practice.

Pros

The office has a good family vibe. Management is kind and does not micromanage which is a huge plus. Expectations are reasonable for their employees and retirement is great for a private company.

Cons

Vacation time and sick time are very limited especially in the first three years of employment. They do NOT close for Veteran's Day which to me is very disrespectful to the many employees and attorneys who are employed there.
