Money, free bus ride, view.

Cons

It is a very exclusive, toxic work environment. Attorneys and management looking for any way to buy their beach house. Department meetings are nothing but a forum for the partners to stretch their egos. If their clients knew what went on, they would take their business elsewhere. Absolutely no chance to succeed.

This is a great place to work. Management has afforded me the opportunity to make my own path. I work with intelligent people who have the same drive and direction as me.

Pros

Great pay, benefits, and staff support. As a legal assistant, my colleagues and supervisors are all very supportive and ready to listen to my ideas on how to change the processes. They care about recruiting and keeping the talent.

Cons

As a large firm with a still somewhat newer IP department (around a decade), some processes can be refined. Luckily, those in management do listen to suggestions.
