There are zero Pros associated with this company what so ever. After working for them for many years not one pro could be thought of not a one.

Cons

The amount of turnover at the corporate office, including COO, RVPS, to corporate hourly support staff. Loss in contract managing blackstone properties and went to better local denver company Sage hospitality.

Good people working there as hourly workers.

Cons

Contractors refuse to do business with this company due to their deceptive practices. Just wouldn't work with them ever again. Ownership is not in touch with reality and the office is in a constant state of negative energy due to lack of communication and poor management.

Honestly? I can't recall any. Probably my last day.

Cons

Very poor management. Inability to communicate with corporate office or employees. Upper management is incompetent and unreliable. Poor communication leads to high turnover and bad decision making. Company ownership is narcissistic and unprofessional at best.
