The benefits have to be he worst I've ever come across. You get no vacation until you are there for one year, and when you accomplish that- it is only one week of vacation. I understand the incentive to retain employees, but maybe offer 3 weeks after one year- I would definitely stick around for that! There is no pleasing anyone- always want more more more. It is a very unfulfilling job. Yes, we all know the hospitality industry can be brutal, but people need to feel appreciated. Everyone is motivated differently.
