Those who are loyal to management and work to eliminate union members in temporary positions for being active in the union are rewarded with promotions. Campus residences leadership is so toxic, can't keep full staff; turnover numbers continue to increase each year as their toxic reputation spreads. Many instances of staff hooking up with on campus students, so common it is often just swept under the rug. See a staff member who was relocated to work out of central office?
