Excellent Opportunity for Dedicated Employees
Pros
Strategic Resources Incorporated supports their employees in many ways. The CEO recognizes dedicated employees for their efforts and contributions to the company. They promote from within whenever possible, and prefer to do so in order to maintain a healthy employer-employee relationship. It is possible to start out at the ground level and work your way up to management. I am an example of such promotions. Hard work is rewarded with bonus pay and there are annual pay increases for full time employees. Ideas and suggestions are taken seriously by the corporate office when they are submitted by any employee of the company. All positions are respected and listened to by management. Employees are encouraged to use skill sets learned for other types of jobs - this leads to "outside the box" thinking and successful challenge resolution. Reaching out to HQ across the county is never a problem and support is readily available when needed. Once trust is earned, Senior Management does not micro-manage in the ways many other companies/public offices do. Local management is allowed to run their programs without interference, while always knowing that if help is needed it is just a phone call away.
Cons
I truly struggle to find a "Con" at this time. There can be very long hours and/or an extra day occasionally - but they are not frequent enough to be a "Con" in my book. The only other "Con" would be that there tends to be a delay in annual pay increases, but it is always made right once processed.
