Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is proud of our staff, their professionalism, and their customer-focused mindsets. Our team has an excellent rate of responsiveness, but sometimes other commitments do take priority. Our staff is committed to promptly responding to each individual. We have received many accolades from employees, customers and vendors on our ability to respond to issues on-time, even when the issue requires lengthy research involving many aspects of business and outside constituents such as the customer and the employee before answering. We strive to provide a complete response the first time. Through our CMMI quality processes, we measure our responsiveness and work to raise the bar with every action. Our employees are our priority, and our employees appreciate that by showing loyalty and commitment in service to all.

Pros

Unfortunately there are none and I'm amazed that the company has been in business for as long as it has.

Cons

Micromanaging. No flexibility regarding work hours or taking time off. Treated like a prisoner. The cost of medical benefits are not competitive. Have to wait 6 months to participate in 401k. No FSA or HSA is offered. You're left feeling that as an employee you should be thankful that you have a job and get a paycheck. That's not how this works.

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) has been in business for over 32 years, and one key element of our longevity and success is our dedicated and committed employees around the world. We maintain high expectations for our employees and are glad that most meet and/or exceed our expectations. Also, we value our customers' needs and our responsibility to meet their requirements through available resources. While we do expect employees to work the regular business hours, we offer a team environment that works together, recognizes individual accomplishments, and celebrates business successes. The benefits offered to our employees are industry standard and usually above the standard. While health insurance costs have continued to rise annually for over a decade, SRI makes sure to cover much of the cost of these increases, which significantly reduces any increases to our employees. Additionally, SRI does offer both HSA and FSA options to all our employees as a benefit for medical and daycare. We offer a generous PTO package, which is comprised of Vacation, Sick, Holiday, etc. While we do feel anyone should be grateful for their job and their paycheck, we also want an environment where employees see themselves as a team and are responsible and proud of their work product. We are flexible with the needs of or employees as long as they are in good standing. Our CEO has grown SRI because of her fortitude, faith, and high awareness of what each department needs. She is an active and involved CEO because of that knowledge and her commitment to ensuring the best of care is provided to every employee and every customer.

Pros

My co-workers were the only thing that got me through the days at work.

Cons

The job was a horrible experience. The job was the worst professional experience that I have encountered. Everything was micromanaged and did not allow employees to grow and understand processes. Instruction and guidances given were really not clear. Pay is horrible as well.

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) has fantastic employees who work together and have created a culture of success. SRI’s compensation packages are in accordance with the Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor and Statistics, several industry-recognized salary survey platforms, and we often pay more; but never less than industry standards or wages regard by DOL. Our policies and procedures are often impacted by government requirements, which often change at a moment's notice. We all must be able to adapt when working with the government, but that is often not something SRI can control. The procedures on this contract were produced, implemented and controlled by the government. SRI’s Management Team has an average of 15 years of experience, and many have been with the company for more than five (5) years (which is above the industry average). One of the keys to the 32 years of success is active management from our senior leadership to ensure clear guidance is provided to employees while maintaining compliance with all governing laws and regulations. This approach has resulted in continued corporate growth over the years, and many employees appreciate this hands-on engagement. As employees grow in their positions, less oversight is required, and they, in turn, have opportunities to grow in their career path within the company; unless the employee requires additional counseling or training for which SRI executes. Despite the level of competency, SRI strives to develop each employee and for those who are willing, they often can aid the employee in successful performance.
