Pros

They pay well and have nice bennies, but when you know your Swiss and German colleagues get vastly more vacation time and benefits, why should I bother?

Cons

Where do I start? Corporate culture. I will pull my own teeth out if I hear the usual cliche from the leaders (who are usually traveling after being picked up in limos). If you want to actually enjoy speaking with another human being at a place of work, this place isn't for you. US management is a laughing stock to most in the building. I love the 3 hour "town halls" where the cteam get up there and pat each others back for two hours while everyone else is thinking "if I don't get these precious reports that no one ever reads done, I will get fired". This place is a corporate wasteland where management has no idea what it takes to get things done. And why would they when they get their bonus checks? Especially the entitled C-team.

Pros

Great legacy product for single implant solutions.

Cons

Fighting your own company for sales (Neodent). Sales reporting and variable compensation transparency is a joke. You have to personally track every dollar sold to make sure you are getting paid. Product backorders, dismal new product launches, behind on market demand, poor C suite management, little to no communication. Over promising and under delivering is the best way to describe the culture.

Pros

Great benefits and 401k plan

Cons

Was bullied by a female manager who had issues with other women, particularly women with small children. Other women on my team also felt they were treated differently from their male counterparts. When I spoke up to HR they started a fast track to fire me, even though my numbers were significantly up from my start date. The company is very lucky I did not go after them for discrimination. Company also deters you from addressing customer service issues which is the foundation of creating strong relationships with your customers. You are encouraged to pass them off to customer service but they do not get handled, leaving your customers extremely frustrated. Overall from talking to other employees the company had a low morale, and was very cut throat. High turnover rates of employment. Constantly changing policies and commission structures in a not so beneficial way for the salesperson. Leaving this toxic work environment was the best thing ever.
