Great Products - Terrible Culture

Products have great clinical data and reputation in market. Comparable pay/benefits to other Implant companies.

Cons

- Terrible culture - you are expendable. 4 VPs of HR in 5 years says something - Mismanagement of products and methods to get to market for launches - Cannibalizing premium business for value brand - Pin sales reps against each other - Incorrectly forecasted quotas and as a result, TMs couldn't make their numbers which means they didn't get paid. - Backorders backorders backorders - Did I mention backorders?
