Pros

Flexible scheduling and the job pays decently. It has a make-it-your-own approach, which is excellent, especially for a new studio. Acheivable sales targets and goals.

Cons

Very little, if any, benefits. Like most gyms, there is a constant struggle to attain new clientele. The skepticism surrounding StretchLab’s offering is one of the biggest challenges to overcome, and the service is expensive. Secondly, after a studio falls out of its honeymoon phase, client retention is a huge challenge, especially after a client has alleviated the initial ailment that they came in for. There is very limited opportunity for growth beyond the studio level.

Pros

Easy and rewarding work. Good workplace culture.

Cons

Not a lot of hours available, hourly pay is awful unless you're fully booked out for the day. Pushing memberships is more important to the higher ups than the actual care you provide.
