      Pros

      Great clients to work with, and okay benefits.

      Cons

      Consistent illogical decisions made by management that leave to twice the needed work to complete simple tasks. Long irregular hours without balanced compensation. This company has unfortunately grown too fast too quick and the growing pains show on employees and customer satisfaction.

      Pros

      -Good resume builder. Working here opens up doors in healthcare. -Quality of product depends highly on division. -Some good people -Pay can be great if circumstances work in your favor (contracts, new physicians moving to your territory). -You will form good hard-working habits working here.

      Cons

      -10% of people actually make great money here. -They will keep making this job worse if it means keeping Wall Street happy. Taking away mileage, lowering guarantee pay, etc. -Surgery is like watching the same movie over and over again.

      Pros

      Flexible workplace-you get a laptop, so you can bring work home. Free gym-you may never have time to use it. Good cafeteria-for when you’re eating at your desk.

      Cons

      Your manager has 100% control over your success at Stryker. Promotions, education reimbursement, training opportunities, all flow through your direct manager. Lots of bureaucracy, you’ll have at least 5 managers, pretty much zero training on the Stryker way...People love the phrases “Baptism by fire” & “Drinking from a fire hose”.
