Low hourly payment, slow in maintenance

They have a policy called self plagiarism. That says we shouldn't repeat our own words while answering a different question. But when we are answering easy questions, like solving a system using elimination, and if you answer 100 such questions, do you think that we can write the context section in 100 different ways? If we copy our own language somewhere, they call it as self plagiarism. I have been deactivated on the same grounds though I have answered about 7000 questions with them and all my questions which were reviewed were given the comment "exceptional".
