Pros

I can't even think of anything positive to say. All my experiences at this company have been negative so far.

Cons

The work I have to do here required a lot of effort, yet the pay I get doesn't even come close to covering the cost of living in the area. I'm even forced to take on other roles outside of my usual responsibilities, but I'm not even compensated for the extra work. No matter how hard I try, I'm never given a raise, promotion, or just rewarded in general for my hard work, yet, management constantly reward their favorite employees.

Pros

There are many opportunities for employees to learn.

Cons

Study.com has a toxic workplace due to awful politics propagated by the leadership. Most people in the management are horrible people who manipulate and harass employees. Many of our managers are verbally abusive, and they blatantly and shamelessly favor certain employees over others that are not based on merit.

Pros

Free snacks and lunch Wednesday Coworkers are nice

Cons

Company treats you like you are in preschool requiring your in the office on time and 3 days a week despite others getting different treatments or working from home completely. Red tape management style that won't tell you what's actually going on. A software engineer was fired for no reason and was almost deported because of it. Lots of other shady practices as well against the content team. You will not get significant raises here. My recommendation is to stay for one year then get a higher salary elsewhere.
