Pros

I learned a lot and worked with some great people.

Cons

This is an unhealthy environment, overworked and underpaid is an understatement. You are expected to come early, leave late, and work on the weekends. They never acknowledge when an employee works hard. The overall work environment fosters a culture of relentless hustle that leads to extreme burnout. I could go on forever about how terrible this place is.

Pros

The flexibility of remote work was the only good thing about this job

Cons

The leader of my team provided little guidance, making it hard to understand expectations. Pay was far too low for the amount of work required, and there were constant rule changes that negatively impacted earnings. There was zero job security, and contracts could be cut with no warning. The company treated contractors as disposable rather than as valuable contributors.

Pros

All employees are friendly and cooperative. Also they are very transparent which I felt like I really belong to the company even though I worked from home.

Cons

Benefits in health like insurance/hmo
