So Far So Good

Pros

I was hired late last year, but so far I've been learning a number of things and there's documentation to guide me in the processes

Cons

Not every piece of documentation is updated, but that kind of ties in when project priorities move around

empowering environment

Pros

- Leaders establish a working environment where you can feel safe and empowered - Opportunities for growth are provided even for remote workers - Work-Life balance is not only reminded through words but also actions

Cons

- Most of your work can be done asynchronously so if you are used to working in an office, there would be a bit of adjustment needed.

Pros

The company had some helpful resources and opportunities to learn.

Cons

The amount of internal politics was ridiculous and completely sidetracked progress. Efforts to address clear issues were ignored or drowned out by problematic decision-making processes. It was frustrating to see priorities shift in absurd directions instead of focusing on real solutions. The environment felt like it rewarded who you knew instead of the quality of your work, which was just ridiculous and disheartening.
