      Pros

      - Plenty of growth opportunities - "Family" environment - Great brand name with customers - Your input on how to help the business is sought out and expected - Profit sharing - Training is great - Stable - Promote from within - No requirements on how long you need to be in a position before eligible for promotion

      - Training is self study, nothing handed to you here - Assessments during interview phase is hard (Wonderlic)

      Pros

      Benefits/Pay are pretty good A lot of incentives/associate focused activities on the branch level I have a good team/flexible supervisor

      Cons

      The Chain of Command/processes can change suddenly. Summit's growing, so changes are to be expected but better management/planning/roll-out of those changes would be beneficial. Especially for people who may feel reluctant, a well-though out implementation is more dependable and better received.

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Got hired and was told I’d be working from 7-4 Monday through Friday only so took the job. When I started I was working late everyday and even wanted me to work the weekend which from 6 am until 10 pm.
