      Pros

      Summit is making significant changes to positively position us for the future. They recently hired or promoted four District VP's that I have gotten to know through working with them in their areas. Each one is eager to listen and excited about getting things done. I am most excited about out LEAN efforts and how that will make things even more competitive.

      Cons

      Like all large companies, sometimes opinions are louder than facts. I often hear things through the rumor mill that turn out to be false.

      Summit believes in taking care of the the customer. Thus making it easy to sale.

      Cons

      The vision of the owner is determined by people that have never sold a dime in the electrical field. To many dead beat managers and employees that are nothing but overhead. Its become a joke in the industry among vendors that Summit allows this to happen.
